We've made additions to our tally of multi-family offices across the country, as compiled by Canadian Family Offices

As Canadian Family Offices chronicles the growth of family offices in Canada, many people have told us they find it difficult to keep track of all the players. This is partly due to the confidential nature of the business, but also because no single organization appears to have made lists publicly available.
So we decided to compile a list of the multi-family offices we’re aware of.
Our criteria were simple:
- Does the entity in question conduct the most basic functions of a family office?
- Does it consider itself to be a multi-family office?
- Does it do business mainly in Canada?
Regarding No. 1 above, we did not judge too harshly, as practitioners in this field do not entirely agree on the general definition of a family office. But we looked for firms that offer a range of services rather than dealing predominantly in, say, wealth management or estate planning or insurance.
We contacted each firm to obtain permission to include them on this list. However, the roster is certainly incomplete, and we welcome you to add your own multi-family office for future versions of this list by sending your information to info@CanadianFamilyOffices.com.
